Eileen Coudreaut Quinn

Eileen has been working in the field of Behavior Analysis & Therapy since 1982.  She has a Graduate Degree specifically in Applied Behavior Analysis & Therapy from Southern Illinois University.  Along with working with many well renown scholars in ABA, Dr. Gina Green (former president of the National Assoc. for Applied Behavior Analysis) was her graduate advisor.  In the past 20+ years Eileen has worked in such positions as: Program Director, Senior Classroom Teacher, Residential Supervisor, Director for ReMed Care Centers.  Since 1994 Eileen has been the Owner/Clinical Director/Senior Behavior Analyst for Quinn Developmental Services.  With over 15,000 “hands-on” hours, she has had experience working with individuals with PDD/Autism/Asperger’s, ADHD/ADD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Developmental Delays, Selective Mutism, and Psychiatric Diagnoses.

Brian P. Quinn
Executive Director

Brian has been the Owner / Executive Director of Quinn Developmental Services since 1994. He has a degree from Southern Illinois University in Entrepreneurial Business Management. For the past 20+ years Brian has been involved with Self Management ventures. Past experience includes Business Strategic Planning, Marketing & Promotions, Recruitment and training, Motivational Speaking, Financial Planning, and Sales. Brian is also the father of 3 children.

Support Team

QDS Behavior Consultants

The Behavior Consultants hired by QDS may either possess; a Masters degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited ABA program with experience in Behavior Analysis, or they have moved through the QDS mentor/internship training program while studying for Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.

QDS Field Specialist
(referred to as PCA by some organizations)

Our Field Specialists (people providing direct 1:1 contact service with children) work hands-on with children in programs providing educational and behavioral support within the home, school and community. They come form backgrounds in special education, regular education and human service related fields.

Administrative Staff

QDS administrative staff perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as, providing information to callers, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and coordinating the needs of clients and personnel.

Marketing Staff

QDS Marketing staff perform duties related to development and modifications of all marketing materials, preparation and attendance at marketing fairs, public outreach and development of contractual relationships.

Occupational Therapist

The QDS Occupational Therapist works as part of our interdisciplinary team, if applicable, with QDS Associates to help clients with physical, emotional or mental disabilities to establish and/or regain the most use possible of fine and large motor skills, as well as mental, reasoning and thought processes.

Speech Therapist

The QDS speech-language pathologist works as part of our interdisciplinary team, if applicable, with QDS Associates in the overall development of the child. Using this expertise in the field of language development, the speech-language pathologist assesses, diagnoses, treats, and helps to prevent disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency.

Music Therapist

The QDS Music Therapist works as part of our interdisciplinary team, if applicable, with QDS Associates, to use music creatively to help the client address social, emotional or physical difficulties. Music therapists seek to establish through interaction a shared musical experience while in pursuit of therapeutic goals. These goals are determined by the therapist’s understanding of the client’s pathology and personal needs. Music therapists support clients with a wide range of issues, including eating disorders, anxiety, behavioral and emotional difficulties, addiction and communication disorders.
